Description

  • Conveyor belts are designed, fabricated and fully assembled at the factory, so there is no installation time at the site.
  • Circulating pumped water from the cold water tank is divided equally among the misting devices on both sides of the conveyor.
  • Mist particles are sprayed evenly and finely in a sealed box designed and installed synchronously by SAREE.
  • Because the amount of water sprayed cannot fully contact the product, the water loss is large. Therefore, the residual water after glazing is purified and used to circulate back to glaze.
  • The glazing conveyor speed is controlled by the inverter to help control the glazing rate for each product type.

Technical details

  • The entire belt support frame, bearing system, traction shaft, drive shaft, misting mechanism ... are made of 304 stainless steel.

  • Belt traction motor is a watertight type, circulating water pump is made of stainless steel.

Working principle

  • After freezing, the product reaches the required temperature and is passed through the glazing conveyor, where cold water is pumped through the mist nozzles to cover both sides of the product, due to the very low product temperature, the cold water will stick to the surface. tightly onto the surface of the product to form a protective tape. After reaching the appropriate glazing rate, the product is automatically put into the re-freezing conveyor belt to dry the surface with cold air
