Description

  • Conveyor belts are designed, fabricated and fully assembled at the factory, so there is no installation time at the site.
  • Water is cooled directly on the conveyor belt thanks to the indoor unit placed inside glazed.
  • The product is dipped directly into the cold water compartment, thanks to the blades on the conveyor belt, the product is moved and automatically put on the re-freezing conveyor.
  • The compact water tank does not cause waste when cleaning.
  • The glazing conveyor speed is controlled by the inverter to help control the glazing rate for each product type.

Technical details

  • The entire belt support frame, bearing system, traction shaft, drive shaft are made of 304 stainless steel.
  • Belt mesh is made from special stainless steel material, made in Vietnam.

Working principle

  • After freezing, the product reaches the required temperature and is put directly into the glaze, the product moves through the water compartments of the conveyor belt thanks to the mesh belt with the blade, because the product temperature is very low when moving through. To prevent water, cold water will stick to the surface of the product to form a protective ice layer. After reaching the appropriate glazing rate, the product is automatically put into the re-freezing conveyor belt to dry the surface with cold air.
