Description

Hinge type, designed with full hinges, locks and anti-lock latches from the inside to ensure absolute safety during use.
Door opening direction (left or right) depends on the location and installation requirements of the customer.
The door is sprayed with Foam insulation with insulation thickness depending on the needs of customers, linked to the door frame by hinges and installed directly on the panel.

Frames: Aluminum alloy or plastic coated with Colorbond or SUS 304 stainless steel.
Door: Outer wrapped with Colorbond or SUS 304 stainless steel, inside sprayed with high density Polyurethane foam insulation 75, 100, 125mm thick depending on the actual required temperature.
Lock hinge: stainless steel or plastic or antimony alloy.
Sealing: using specialized rubber gaskets with high durability, ensuring to prevent air from escaping to the outside causing heat loss to the environment.
Heating resistance: for applications with deep sub-zero temperatures with risk of freezing, imported from France.
Standard size (mm): 600 wide x 600 high, 900 wide x 1800 high or as per customer's request.
Opening direction: left or right.
Operation method: by hand
