Ice machine

Exceptional Features

  • Simple structure, large capacity.
  • The large size rock is long-lasting, can be transported to long distances, suitable for offshore fishing and preserving aquatic products.

Description

  • The ice cellar has a box shape and is divided into 2 compartments, including the indoor unit (for cooling salt water) and the ice mold compartment (for cooling the water in the ice mold).
  • The molds containing standard sized cubes of 200x300x1200(mm) are soaked in a brine solution with appropriate concentration (usually NaCl, CaCl salts).2, MgCl2) để làm giảm nhiệt độ đông đặc.
  • The brine is cooled by a herringbone evaporator placed inside the brine tank.
  • The stone molds are linked together to form the stone (the number of molds depends on the design capacity and the ground of the stone tunnel).
  • All equipment and salt water are placed in a reservoir built of bricks, lined with extra insulation to ensure no heat loss during operation and avoid wasting electricity.
  • The stone tunnel is installed with a crane system to help move the rocks during operation.

Device details

  • The herringbone indoor unit is made of specialized cast steel pipes, painted with anti-rust or hot-dip zinc after finishing.
  • Stainless steel stone storage mold, steel stone frame.
  • The wall of the lake, the wall of the indoor unit made of steel plates is watertight.
  • Polyurethane (PU) foam insulation.

Working principle

  • After the stone mold is filled with enough water, it is put down to soak in a salt water tank, the salt water after heat exchange with the herringbone indoor unit reaches a low temperature and is circulated by the salt fan through the openings of the stone mold, the water inside the mold. indirect heat exchange through the stone mold wall for cooling.
  • After a certain amount of time, the ice solidifies and is moved by the crane system to a hot water tank (ambient temperature) to separate the ice from the ice mold. The stone mold is then filled with water and then sent to the salt bath for cooling.

Specifications

  • Inlet water temperature: +25o
  • Refrigerant evaporator temperature: -15o
  • Fluid delivery method: effusion tank.
  • Refrigerant: gas NH3 or R22.
  • Ice generating capacity: at the request of the Investor.
