Description
- The ice cellar has a box shape and is divided into 2 compartments, including the indoor unit (for cooling salt water) and the ice mold compartment (for cooling the water in the ice mold).
- The molds containing standard sized cubes of 200x300x1200(mm) are soaked in a brine solution with appropriate concentration (usually NaCl, CaCl salts).2, MgCl2) để làm giảm nhiệt độ đông đặc.
- The brine is cooled by a herringbone evaporator placed inside the brine tank.
- The stone molds are linked together to form the stone (the number of molds depends on the design capacity and the ground of the stone tunnel).
- All equipment and salt water are placed in a reservoir built of bricks, lined with extra insulation to ensure no heat loss during operation and avoid wasting electricity.
- The stone tunnel is installed with a crane system to help move the rocks during operation.
