Description

  • The frozen product is placed in between the 2 blisters and is in direct contact with the very low temperature blisters on both surfaces.
  • The process of getting in and out is made easy thanks to the hydraulic lifting cylinder mechanism, the blister plates are moved to a certain position, creating enough clearance for easy manipulation.
  • The refrigerant moves inside the blister plates transferring intermediate heat across the surface to cool the product.
  • All blister panels and products are placed inside a rectangular box with solid structure, with 135mm thick insulation to ensure no heat loss to the outside, causing power loss. The two sides of the cabinet have hinged doors, 4 wings on each side to facilitate the process of getting in and out.
  • The control cabinet is located right at the contact freezer for easy operation by the operator.

Technical details

Working principle

  • Frozen products, after being preliminarily processed and stacked into blocks, are placed on aluminum blister plates. Thanks to the hydraulic cylinder mechanism, the blister plates are lowered to a preset distance, at this time the product is in contact evenly on both surfaces. Refrigerant at sub-zero temperature is introduced into the blister plate through the surface of the blister plate to rapidly cool the product. After the product reaches the required temperature, the blister plates are raised by the hydraulic cylinder to create an opening for easy removal from the blister plate and storage. Then continue to put the product into freezing according to the same principle.
